I gave this delivery service THREE tries to make things right. Each time, we waited WELL over 1.5 hours for our food to be delivered. Each time was a different excuse as to why it was late. So done, and NEVER ordering from here again. Don't waste your lunch hour waiting on these guys, not only will you be left hungry, but you will also get cold food. No offer for refunds today, or the other two times we've ordered with them. Further, when we asked last time about a refund, we get no answer. We ordered today an hour before our lunch time, to allow for delays. 20 minutes into our lunch they still had not delivered. When we contacted them, we were told they were closed until 2:00 PM. That's ironic because they certainly were open to take my money for a delivery charge, plus tip. On a good note, they DID TRY to rectify and get a move on our order/delivery before 2:00 PM. They however told us at 12:47 PM the food had been ordered and a driver was en route. The food STILL did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. It was ordered at 11:00 AM. I am done with this company. I'd give 0 stars, but that isn't an option on here, so they are lucky for the 1 star given by default.

I placed an order and thirty minutes later decided to call the restaurant and verify the order had been received. The restaurant said their computer was broken and had no record of the order, even though the charge was already pending on my card.

When I tried to call the numbers provided for 907 delivery and Alaska Care Center (because the payment went to Alaska Care), the 907 number was disconnected and the Alaska Care number kept forwarding my call.

Never ordering from them again since they cannot answer a customers call, and going to dispute the charges asap. Ridiculous.

If it were possible to rate them less than one star, I would. Do not order from them! Save your money and order from a legitimate and reputable source.

UPDATE: it has been over 2 weeks since I spoke with the owner, who assured me I would be refunded and given a credit. I called him again a week ago and he once again assured me it would ve taken care of, I still have not heard anything. Will not only not recommend them, but I will be making certain everyone I know (particularly those in the JBER area) knows better than to use their service.

The idea of this service is great, however the delivery is insanely slow. We have tried them a couple times now this last year, even tried ordering earlier in the day to prevent the night rush demand but each time it’s taken at least 3 hours or longer. The excuses were varied, and offers of free delivery with no coupon code were given. Not impressed

Edit: So the manager did contact me after a bit of time, he was very friendly and definitely worked to get my order to me.
They obviously care about customer service and I will definitely be giving them a second chance.

There are just a few things that could make the service go more smoothly, but most of it is very understandable, and when you have a staff that is willing to talk with you and work with you, it makes it a much nicer experience, so thank you for that!

I am slightly irritated with this. I ordered over an hour ago, and haven’t even received an update. Not to mention there is no number to call to complain, check on an order, or get an update. I have been so excited to find a delivery service in Alaska, and now i’m just disappointed. I’d be more than willing to wait an hour or even 2 IF I were to receive updates regularly.

I would definitely give it zero stars if I could. I placed my order an hour ago and it still has not been delivered. It was confirmed that the business accepted the order at 9:26 p.m. and it is now 10:31. I am disappointed and now regret that I gave this place a chance. They won’t be getting any more business from me.

It has been over 3 hours since I ordered and i have still not recieved my delivery. At this point I would like to just cancel my order but unfortunately there is no way to get ahold of them, im sure it will show up eventually but it will most definately be cold and congealed.. dont call these people unless you have absolutley no other choice

Took over an hour to get my food....

But it was snowy out and my food was delivered hot. Will use again, and will remember the wait times. Worth it to be able to relax at home for some restaurant favorites..

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service ever! Won't answer the phone, it's been over 2 hours since it says the driver has picked it up and I still don't have my food. I have no way of contacting them since they don't answer their phones and the mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. DONT ORDER FROM THEM EVER, YOU WONT GET THE ITEMS YOU PAID FOR!
