We went to 404 Cafe & Creamery which came highly recommended from the staff at our ASP center. The 404 staff were given a heads up that our large ASP group would be showing up this evening. Our group showed up with close to one hundred people and the staff at 404 quickly and efficiently took our orders and provided delicious milk shakes and hand dipped ice cream in what seemed to be under 20 min for everyone. I highly recommend going to 404 Cafe & Creamery.

Great little find along Rt. 23. We stopped for coffee. Had great lattes and we ended up buying cookies, too and they were delicious. Definitely worth a stop.

We came in on a chilly Thursday evening from the Blue Highway Festival downtown stage for a nice hot drink. I had a Blackberry Latte that was delish! We loved your cafe and your staff. All the goodies in the pastry case looked delicious as well. We also went by your booth at the festival for some chocolate ice cream. Thank you for the hospitality!

Drove up here from Kentucky a week ago. Stopped at this very cute cafe. Only issue was this location was closed for a party. The drive-through was open, but staff barely had a menu so we had to ask a lot of questions about their drinks/food. Cell service was bad so we couldn’t load the menu from FB. After we left we rechecked the menu online, we couldn’t find one. The Carmel latte was good though.

Wow, what a gem! Just discovered the small town of Big Stone Gap today. This place and the wonderful people here make me want to come back again! I had the Marion blackberry and it was one of the best ice creams I've ever had. Impressive menu of ice creams and coffees. Highly recommend visiting 404!
