These guys rock!!! I was in need of a courier service to pick up super important passport/visa documents from the Chinese Embassy in Chicago and get them to me in Westminster, Colorado. 4 Star Courier went above and beyond to retrieve these articles and get them back to me in a safe, easy and timely manner.

Tom was an absolute life saver! We had used a major courier for our delivery and when they failed to deliver by a due date, we called 4 Star to help us out in a time crunch. They were helpful, on time, provided updates, and rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend their service!

The folks at 4 Star Courier did a great job for me and my company. The service we needed from them was very time sensitive and had several moving parts. We tried to ship the package to 4 Star Courier's office, but there was an unexpected shipment delay with FedEx, so at the last minute 4 Star Courier went 15 miles out of the way to the FedEx facility in Skokie where the package was being held, and then executed the original plan flawlessly! Shout out to Tom and Al in dispatch who helped plan out the logistics. Shout out to Collin who managed finalizing our documents, delivering them, and relaying critical detailed information back to us. We will definitely work with 4 Star Courier again.

Had a bad time. It seemed like the company was stretching to make extra money any way they could at my expense! They falsely claimed I was late in answering the door and, upon communicating this to the owner, he basically told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid if possible
