3G is definitely not the cheapest siding and windows contractor, but if you want a job done right with excellent attention to detail, they are your vendor.

We had our entire home's siding replaced along with a dozen or so leaky windows. We opted not to do patch work because there was significant damage and dry rot across the entire house, both externally and behind the siding. 3G had completed jobs for similar houses in our community, and they came highly recommended to me.

3G was responsive throughout the entire project, patiently taking the time to answers all of my (probably OCD!) questions in person, via phone, and even text, all before spending a dime. Once engaged, they managed the project very well in spite of COVID and delivered on everything they said they would. As an indicator of their integrity, they respected all of the original pricing (estimated in February 2020) for our project in spite of increased labor and material costs they had to absorb as a result of COVID delays and impacts.

I'm now confident and comfortable that I will never have to worry about leaks through my siding and windows again, at least not for the next 30 years! 3G warrants their workmanship and materials and I feel fully confident they will not only survive this tough economic time, but respect and fix any issues that may arise.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. Kurt and his team did a beautiful job fully siding and replacing all of the windows in our 2 story home. The quality of the work and the attitude of the team are what sets this business apart.

Highlights:
- Quality and thoroughness of the work: All of the boards are perfectly cut and fitted together, caulking is smooth and even, and the job site was fully cleaned each day. Neighbors and other contractors have even commented on what a great job they did.

- Price and professionalism: We got multiple bids and 3G was priced very reasonably compared to the competition, and honestly even a little less expensive since we coupled the windows and siding into a single job. Additionally, Kurt was super responsive and very kind in helping us make decisions as a first-time homeowners. The crew was outstanding, they were very respectful, friendly, and obviously worked really hard each day.

Overall, a really great experience with this company.

I contacted 3G Improvements to get a quote for a siding replacement and Kurt came out to review any specifics on our house that needed attention, and to discuss details on the materials and their proposed approach. E.g. we have mostly older retrofit windows, but also couple of new construction windows, our deck needed a new ledger board and some joists needed to be partially replaced, we wanted a new front door, and the access hatch to our crawlspace needed to be re-built. They sent us a quote within a couple of days and were able to start the following week. 3G did a great job! They dealt smoothly with any challenges they were presented with and completed the project on time, on budget, and without any hick-ups. I was especially intrigued by the attention to water-proofing and flashing and feel confident that this siding will last. The crew was super-friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day. I would not hesitate to hire 3G again for future projects.

I obtained three bids from different contractors to have my home re-sided. 3G was by far the most professional answering all my questions and explaining the process of the work. 5 Star Contractor! Our building is 3200 sqft 2 ½ stories high, so it was a big job. We needed old siding off (dry rot checked/repaired, insulation checked), new plywood installed (for sheer), siding replaced by Hardi Board, soffits and facia replaced to comply with latest Wildfire Code, 10 windows replaced with Anderson, 3 man doors replaced, and a new 2nd story deck build. For us this was a very major job and it took many months to find the right contractor that could handle all the different tasks with the same crew and no subs, an excellent reputation and someone that could do the job within our budget constraints. The building went from 40 years old and tiered to new and beautiful in 5 weeks. The bidding process with 3rd Gen Improvement was straightforward with excellent communication from both Kurt and Jeremy, as well as crew lead. The work crew was awesome. Arrived timely, worked efficient and quiet. Questions and concerns during the building process were answered and taken care of quickly. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work 3Gen did for us. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly shows. It was a pleasure to work with them and we will call on them again on our next project.
