My experience with them was absolutely amazing! We got stranded in the middle of the night on the freeway with a flat tire, and within just 30 minutes, they were there to help me out. Keep in mind, they live in Shafter, and I’m in Bakersfield they got to me so quickly!
Not only did they arrive fast, but they went above and beyond. They gave us a ride home, took my car to the tire shop, and handled everything for me. I feel so blessed to have reached out to them in my time of need.

No joke, breaking down SUCKS and anything that makes it less painful is a gift. Do yourself a favor and call these guys. Alejandro was super friendly and kind and fast. He responded quickly by phone and text and I'm so grateful. They were just as expensive as AAA so I went with them and I'm so glad I did.

If you need towing and you are royally effed… THIS IS THE TOWING COMPANY TO USE! We thought we were going to be completely out of luck… we tried everything in our power to get our 18,000lb international ambulance that is converted to an RV out of the mud pit Google maps led us to, then I googled 24/7 towing near me. Luckily… 24/7 towing service was a quick phone call away. I sent my pin, photos, they gave a quick estimate and eta, and got there under an hour. They eased our stress we had brewing inside of us, and greeted us without judgement; only with positivity, professionalism, and compassion. We felt assured when they got there, which we haven’t has the pleasure of experiencing for quite while. Had the battery in my car go out on me after filling up my tank. Young man and woman came in less than 30 minutes. My tire flew off my truck and messed it up really bad. I was 150 miles from LA and had it towed all the way. Very nice, clean, reasonable prices, and just an overall pleasure during such a lame situation. If you're in a lame situation off the 5, call these guys!

My tire blew out late at night with the closest tire shop being around 30 miles away and it was definitely too dangerous to change my tire on the shoulder. Lucky me that this tow service came through and was great at communicating throughout the whole process. They also helped me out by thinking to call the tire shop ahead of time to guarantee there’s a tire for me there. I’m grateful that they helped me through what could have been an even worse situation and that they helped me get back on the road.

Broke down just outside lost hills in 110 degree heat. Called 24/7 and they were there in minutes (this was after waiting 2 hours for my insurance carrier to unsuccessfully book another towing company for me). 24/7 had us hooked up and on the way home in no time at all. I had my three young kids with me too, and there was plenty of room in the cab for all of us--very cozy with tinted windows and A/C was blowing COLD. Alex was extremely professional and friendly--offered us water and wifi hotspot. Highly recommend!
