I spoke with Jason about an email that I received about updating my account. I called because the email was confusing. Jason took my call and he was so very helpful and patient with my ignorance. I believe he went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Jason is outstanding!

On 7/5/22, I called 24/7 Storage office to inform them that I had accidently mailed the monthly storage fee to the business's previous owner's old address. I called the office and explained my situation. The person I spoke with was Carly. She was very pleasant, professional and patient. Thanks Carly

Prices are reasonable, employees are very helpful and they do work with you if something comes up causing a late payment. Just make sure you communicate with them. The only reason I'm rating with three stars is because I have had issues involving a horrible problem with mice and recently noticed mold accumulating on some of my furniture.

Just got a unit and haven't stored in it yet. I've actually been scared to. The website said something about indoor units but all are outdoor and the unit itself hadn't been cleaned out before renting it. There were at least 3 or 4 spider crickets I saw on the wall the moment I opened the door. I have asked if they would clean it out because I refuse to put my clothes, or furniture in there if it's got insects sharing it's space. They said they would but I'm just not sure. Sketchy location and not the easiest to try and get in contact with. There are better ones for the same price if not just a few dollars more.

This place is horrible, they promise something to you and is not what you receive. The lady in the counter make my wait more than a hour for complete my papers and then she charges me more than she supposed to charge. Every month they have a problem, and now they increase the amount of money that I need to pay monthly for this storage. If I can put zero I will put zero stars

Very helpful and friendly service. I used this site in 1999 when I was moving then. I returned because of the service we received at that time and have not been disappointed now. Site is well maintained and we are happy with our choice.
