First rate service when you need to buy a car/truck radiator and heater hoses. This is who the repair shops call when they need a radiator for your car. Referred here by a mechanic. Don't expect a showroom, because 99% of their sales is delivery. DO expect competitive prices and fast service. Be sure to go around to the rear door (Suite 3600) for service. I called ahead, they saved my order in the system, and I was in and out in about 7 minutes. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Bought a radiator cost me $400 dollars. I went home compared the radiator didn't even attempt to install it put it back in the box returned the same day and was denied a change out or a refund. Apparently the radiator they sold me was damaged "they check every radiator before sending them out" was their response don't waste your money here I think it's ran by 20 year olds. I am also 26 that speaks volumes

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they do not stand behind their product and they are very inferior quality, they will not let you inform the owner of their incompetence, I spent over $10,000 with them and got treated like this👎

I have never dealt with a more clueless group than these people here. The accounting department obviously needs REPLACED. The parts are second rate. Avoid this place unless you like doing the same job over then having to argue with accounting.

I'M A SHOP OWNER AND I'VE BEEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS NOT FILING EVEN ONE LABOR CLAIM ON DEFECTIVE PARTS AND I'VE HAD SEVERAL BUT I CAN SAY AFTER TODAY I WILL NEVER BUY FROM 1-800 RADIATOR I ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT PART TO BE SENT TO ME AND I WOULD RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PART ASAP, I JUST WANTED THE PART HERE SO I COULD PUT THE VEHICLE RIGHT BACK TOGETHER THEY WANT ME TO BUY ANOTHER PART AND GIVE ME CREDIT WHEN I RETURN THE DEFECT PART THE REASON WHY THIS COULD NOT BE DONE FOR ME ANSWER GIVEN OTHER PEOPLE HAS NOT RETURNED THE DEFECT PARTS BACK TO THEM I GUESS A LOYAL AND LONG TIME CUSTOMER SUFFERS WITH THE BAD I'D RATHER GO TO JUNK YARD THAN THIS COMPANY ANYMORE BUT I TREAT MY CUSTOMERS BETTER THAN THEY TREAT THEIR'S I WONT BE BACK AND I DEFINITELY TAKING AS MANY SHOP OWNERS THAT I KNOW WITH ME O KEEP YOUR NOTE PADS NOT NEEDED

Sarah sold me a wrong part that is not for Mercedes. She claimed the part was for Mercedes, but it was totally different when I purchased the original part from the dealership. I had to pay ten times the cost of the part to fix it because the wrong/crappy part she sold me caused more problems. She never accepted responsibility for the wrong part she sold me and refused to give me a refund. Her argument was that I should have known that the part was wrong before installing it. How would I know that? Stay away from this business because it is not worth it. It will cost you more money to buy their cheap crappy parts (as I learnt a hard lesson) than to buy from other reputable parts stores. They will keep your hard earned money as well, without a refund if the part is wrong.

Had what I needed at a reasonable price. I was in and out in about 15min and had all the right pieces needed. I am glad I found this spot. Will most defiantly use them in the future.
