Unsatifactory quality, unclean, needs remoldeling. In addition, profiling as was coming in from attending my step- mother's funeral. I had a plate of food wrapped in alumimum fold sitting on top of my bags. Here I see a lady after getting off the elevator in the hallway close in proximity to my room acting like she's on her phone. I, tnought thsts strange so I pass her and once passed her she went behind me to her room. Here I say she's sevurity, guess she ghought the aluminum maybe "drugs". Here I spoke very loud as I was appailed. I had food from the repass brought to my substandad room to eat. It is so degrading and appauling, just ask would gladly show my food ondtead of profiling. I will never stay at that "dumpy" Holiday Inn, in the future. Now its in a nice location, but the hotel was horrible. I took pictures and want my refund for such poor quality. I am never stayed in a Holiday Inn like this one.
