Bought an old travel trailer. I didn't know nothing about them at the time. And now that I'm in the process of fixing this one, I'm learning so much about them. And I'm thinking for my first time buying one of these I didn't come out to bad. It's over 20 years old but for everything that needs repairs or replacement there's things that work great and don't need much attention. Good folks. Good stuff.

I was traveling out of state, alone, when a hose busted on my car on a Sunday night. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and put me at ease. Richard picked my car up in about 10 minutes and advised me concerning a reliable shop. They kept my car overnight and got it to the dealership shop 1 st thing Monday morning. The price for towing on a Sunday evening was very, very reasonable. This is a very trustworthy company & I would HIGHLY recommend 102 Towing.

After waiting an hour and a half for BMW to try to find someone in the area and telling us there was nobody in network that would respond, I decided to make some calls myself. This company was the second call I made and they informed me they were in BMW’s network but hadn’t received a call from them. I immediately notified BMW and they called this company. I’m assuming the owner, messaged me immediately after and said he had received their call and was en route. He said his ETA was 30 mins. He arrived within 30 mins. This company was very helpful (trying to tell us what to do when dealing with BMW Road Side Assistance), waited on the call from them and was out there in no time as we were stranded due to a blown hose from the radiator. There’s no telling how long we would have been sitting there without this company’s knowledge and help in getting BMW to provide the service that they offer. For two young women to be stranded on the side of the road late at night and without this company’s help, no telling how long we would have been there. I HIGHLY recommend them and their services. Very prompt, very helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, BMW warranty or not, for any towing or any services they offer.

Very friendly people, was very generous had my groceries that could be saved out my trunk and bagged for me, and their dog buddy was a big sweetie! Highly recommended!!!!

Update car got to the body shop that they towed there and they stole EVERYTHING OUT MY TRUNK!!!!! I had just had a baby he was 5 weeks, they stole his brand new 200$ stroller and all!!!! I had nothing left in my trunk except an old lunch bag i didn’t care for!!!!! They kept saying i would just file it on the insurance!!! Had me livid!!! Like that’s beyond crazy how they were sooooo nice the first day and then as soon as they had the chance they stole Everything!!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!!
